My name is Matteo Gazzurelli. I'm a fractional CTO and agentic AI consultant based in Brescia, Italy, and I work through my own company, MaGa Srl.
I make the technical decisions for product teams abroad, remotely, and decide where AI agents fit in the processes of companies in Northern Italy and Switzerland. 250+ projects in 20+ years taught me which technology a business grows on.
I map the process with the people who run it, decide whether an agent earns its place and on which technology, then see it built. We agree where a person checks its work and who maintains it.

- CERN, GenevaA summer student at CERN. I built Db_check, a tool that verifies a complex database infrastructure against its specification, and presented it in the Main Auditorium.
- DuckMaI founded DuckMa, a software house that built apps and much more. Most of what I know how to do, I learned there.
- GDG DevFest Lombardia, MilanFirst talk at a Google developer event: an introduction to Android for developers new to the platform.
- First AI workMy first AI work dates to 2015, with the early versions of TensorFlow.
- droidcon Italy, TurinTwo talks on Android, in English: indoor proximity with iBeacon, then an efficient REST client with a persistent cache.
- MaGa SrlI set up MaGa Srl as my own consulting company. With each client I decide what to build and on which technology, and I see it into production.
- GDG BresciaI co-founded GDG Brescia, official since 21 May, and organize its events. The launch included an ADK multi-agent demo. In October I spoke at DevFest Milano about developers' work when agents write code.
