Why an agentic AI automation consultant
A generalist consultant can keep your technology healthy. One focused on AI can also tell you the truth about the thing everyone is selling right now: whether an agent, a model, or a workflow actually solves your problem — or whether you're about to spend six months building a demo that never survives contact with production.
That's the work I do. I build and ship multi-agent systems on two platforms I know deeply — Google (Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform + ADK) and Claude (Agent SDK, Code) — plus the connective tissue around them: Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent2Agent (A2A), identity, governance, and observability. Sometimes the honest answer is “AI doesn't help here yet”, and I'll tell you that too.

Who you'd be working with
I'm Matteo Gazzurelli — two decades in software, now an AI automation consultant based in Brescia, Italy, working with clients across Northern Italy, Switzerland, and internationally. My company, MaGa Srl, is a Google Partner, and I organize GDG Brescia (the local Google Developer Group).
That mix matters: deep enough on Google and Claude to actually build the thing, senior enough after two decades in software to tell you when not to. No team to upsell you into — just the technical call, made honestly.

I'm based in Brescia. For projects in Lombardy — Brescia, Bergamo, Milan, and nearby — I come on-site when it genuinely helps: Discovery workshops, team alignment, and the sessions where we decide what to automate tend to work better in the same room. The rest of the build is mostly remote.
I work with companies across Northern Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland (Canton Ticino), as well as English-speaking clients internationally. Proximity isn't a technical constraint — an agentic system is built and monitored remotely — but for local companies, on-site time when it counts remains a real advantage, and it's a way of working I prefer.
